Job summary

Real Hires LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to own the full recruitment process for clinical and support roles. You will create engaging job ads, source candidates across Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and other channels, and build relationships within healthcare communities.

Responsibilities include screening applicants, coordinating interviews, onboarding support, and maintaining pipelines and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

We’re a growing ABA therapy company looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help us build a strong, reliable team.

You’ll own the recruiting process from sourcing and outreach to interviews and onboarding. You’ll connect with talented candidates, build relationships in the healthcare community, and help us find the right people for both clinical and support roles.
