Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire ABA professionals, including BTs and RBTs, for a fully remote team. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to meet staffing goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

In this fast-paced, data-driven role, you’ll use recruiting metrics to guide decisions, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and meet hiring goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with teams.

We’re looking for a results-driven ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire talented professionals for our ABA and behavioral health teams, including Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

In this fully remote role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, develop strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to meet staffing goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

We’re looking for a proactive recruiter who takes ownership of performance, uses data to guide decisions, and balances hiring efficiency with quality of hire.

• Help build the clinical workforce behind our ABA services
• Use recruiting metrics and creative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals

• Partner with hiring leaders to address staffing challenges and improve recruitment strategies
• Contribute to employer branding and initiatives that strengthen our presence in the ABA community

• Own full-cycle recruitment: Build strong talent pipelines: Proactively source active and passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
• Drive recruiting KPIs: Monitor time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance, and sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with hiring leaders: Align on staffing priorities, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines to keep recruitment moving efficiently
• Maintain timely communication, consistent follow-up, and a professional, organized hiring process
• Maintain accurate ATS records: Ensure candidate information, requisition status, and recruiting activity are documented accurately
• Improve recruiting outcomes: Identify pipeline bottlenecks, evaluate sourcing strategies, and use data to improve productivity and quality of hire

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or other ABA professionals highly preferred
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to track recruiting KPIs, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring goals
• A proactive approach to building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and improving recruiting outcomes
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
