Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will drive recruitment for Behavior Technicians, Treatment Professionals, and Operations staff, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into our organization.

You will lead local hiring events, manage requisitions, and collaborate with department leaders to meet staffing needs while upholding our people-first values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or high-volume hiring is ideal.

You will drive recruitment for Behavior Technicians, Treatment Professionals, and Operations staff, providing candidates with a seamless and welcoming transition into our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Recruitment: Lead candidate sourcing and engagement for clinical and support roles. Build a steady pipeline for high-demand Behavior Technician and Treatment positions using proactive sourcing tactics and efficient workflows.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Organize and lead local hiring events, career fairs, and group interview sessions to attract top local talent.
• Dashboard & Requisition Tracking: Maintain the internal staffing dashboard, managing job requisitions, approval flows, and real-time candidate pipelines.
• Culture & Engagement: Promote our core values at every candidate touchpoint to champion an inclusive hiring process. Participate in team-building activities and Culture Club initiatives.
• Leadership Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing requirements and deliver data-backed hiring recommendations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior recruitment experience with strong preference given to healthcare, clinical, or high-volume hiring environment is ideal.
