Ingenovis Health in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to connect clinicians with top healthcare facilities and advance patient care. You’ll build relationships, manage a strong candidate pipeline, and drive placements in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You'll receive dedicated support, training, and a compensation package featuring base pay plus uncapped commissions, enabling you to directly influence your earnings while helping clinicians find roles that fit their goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
• You're self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.
• You're open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
• You're comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.

• Own Your Business - build and manage a candidate pipeline to support hiring from start to finish.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+

Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
