The Essence Group is an executive search firm specializing in the Financial Services industry across North America. We are seeking an independent recruiter to assist our firm with a large special project. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience recruiting Wealth Advisors across the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing/recruiting process including; talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, candidate presentation, offer recommendations, negotiation, acceptance and after care.
• Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current opportunities.
• Partner strategically with hiring teams to develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires.
• Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years recruiting in the financial services sector, with a focus on Wealth Advisors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
