• Domain expertise in healthcare: A proven track record placing Physicians (MDs/DOs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) across primary care, urgent care, telehealth, and specialty settings.
• Digital health familiarity: Comfort advising founders and clinical leadership at startups building virtual-first or hybrid care models.
• Contingency or retained success: Experience running searches through your own boutique firm or as part of a healthcare search agency.
