We’re hiring a Shipyard Recruiter — someone who thrives in high-impact, high-volume environments and knows how to find the right people to build America’s next fleet.

We're scaling fast and looking for a recruiter who knows the skilled trades space and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and place candidates for skilled shipyard roles (welders, pipefitters, shipfitters, riggers, etc.)
• Own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer management
• Build and maintain a pipeline of trade-specific talent for both active and future roles
• Partner closely with account managers and yard leadership to prioritize requisitions and deployment timelines
• Navigate union, compliance, and credentialing requirements in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for industrial, marine, or skilled trades roles (shipyard or heavy industrial preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight turnaround times
• Grit, urgency, and a team-player mindset
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with ATS systems, job boards, or have military/government contracting experience
