Job summary

Eden Partner Group is seeking a Recruiter for Executive Search with options for remote, Boise hybrid, or in-person collaboration. You will run full-cycle searches for construction leadership roles, earning trust with passive candidates and guiding them toward offers.

You will source candidates by phone and LinkedIn, screen and present top fits to clients, manage interviews and references, and maintain activity metrics in our CRM. A performance-driven, coachable mindset helps you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in agency recruiting, executive search or quota-carrying sales role.
• Comfort on the phone all day and grit to make the next call.
• Organized, honest and coachable; you like a scoreboard.
• Construction or real estate exposure is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt passive candidates by phone, LinkedIn and referral.
• Screen and qualify candidates, then present them to clients.

• Hit daily activity standards for calls and candidate submittals, and track them in our CRM.

Eden Partner Group places leaders across the construction industry. We are growing a disciplined, high-trust team out of our new Boise headquarters. With a nationwide pipeline of work we are also looking for remote members to add to our team.

The role.

You run full-cycle search on live construction leadership roles. You find people who are not looking, earn their trust and walk them to an offer. You own your desk and your numbers, and you get paid on what you close.

What you will do

• Source and headhunt passive candidates by phone, LinkedIn and referral
• Screen and qualify candidates, then present them to clients
• Manage interviews, references, offers and the follow-up through a candidate's start
• Hit clear daily activity standards for calls and candidate submittals, and track them in our CRM
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and the clients you serve
