Job summary

Unframe is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Product, R&D and GTM teams. You will partner with hiring managers, define requirements, and drive the sourcing, screening and offers process for a global set of roles.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate experience management, and measurement of recruiting metrics to optimize processes in a fast-growing AI-first startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience
• International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles, with strong English communication skills
• Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in a fast paced recruiting environment
• Familiarity with recruiting software - ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Metaview, Linkedin Recruiter)
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English

About the role:

This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D and GTM roles. You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.
