What You’ll Do:

• Connect with potential candidates through phone, email, and social platforms
• Screen applicants and match them to the right roles
• Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
• Maintain accurate notes in our recruiting system
• Help create job posts and share them on job boards and social media

Who You Are:

• Friendly, organized, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology (email, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required! We provide training

• Native english/C1 level is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
