  • Average 1st Year Earnings : $65K-$90K+
  • Average 2nd Year Earnings : $80K-$150K+
  • Average 3rd Year Earnings : $150K-$250K+
  • Average 4th Year Earnings and Beyond : $300K+

  • You have 2-4+ years of experience making direct placements in any recruiting vertical (bonus if in the financial services sector)
  • You have a bachelor's degree

What You’ll Do :

  • Source, solicit, recruit, and place top talent within our specialized recruiting verticals
  • Get hands-on with online recruiting tools and our in-house system to find, connect with, and recruit top talent.
  • Review and assess candidate info to ensure the right fit for each position.
  • Keep an eye out for new opportunities, scouting job openings, and providing valuable leads to your recruiting teammates.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with team members to develop the most effective sourcing and research strategies.
  • Juggle a high volume of requisitions with finesse, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Work side by side with team leaders to craft a custom recruiting strategy, identifying the best sourcing methods and assessing top-tier talent.

Requirements :

  • 2-4+ years of experience making direct placements in any recruiting vertical
  • Must have recent experience in an agency recruiting environment. Candidates with a background solely in internal talent acquisition, HR, or corporate recruiting will not be considered.
  • Cold calling
  • Positive, pro-active mindset with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to pivot on a whim
  • A quiet place at home where you can work uninterrupted

Compensation / Benefits :

  • This role offers a base between $45,000-$60,000 + commission
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K + company match
