Job summary

System One in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Recruiter for an immediate contract-to-hire position. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can hit the ground running, and will support HR administration, HRIS maintenance (ADP Workforce Now a plus), onboarding, and payroll backup while generating essential HR reports.

Job description

Recruiter System one is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Recruiter for an immediate, confidential contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management across multiple departments and business units.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to hit the ground running with recruiting responsibilities, and have a proactive approach to identifying and engaging qualified candidates. In addition to recruiting, this individual will support general HR administration, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, employee records, reporting, and serve as a backup for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting efforts across multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ability to quickly step into an active recruiting environment and hit the ground running
• Maintain employee records and HR data within the HRIS
• Support onboarding and new employee orientations
• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, turnover data, and other management reporting
• Maintain personnel documentation and ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions and documentation
• Support HR projects and employee communications
• Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience is required; candidates must be comfortable with sourcing and actively driving the hiring process
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now is a plus
• Payroll experience preferred but not required
• Union environment experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
