Job summary

The Connor Group, a national real estate investment firm, is seeking a recruiter to source, interview, and hire leaders for operations and corporate roles. You’ll build relationships, network with candidates, and guide them through a fast-paced hiring process.

You don’t need prior recruiting experience; we hire for talent, drive, and potential. Expect performance-based bonuses, strong benefits, and growth opportunities within a high-accountability culture.

Qualifications
