Job summary

The Connor Group is seeking a polished receptionist/front-desk professional to greet visitors and callers with warmth and confidence. You will represent the company with executive presence and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of admin/front-desk experience, are highly organized, and remain calm under pressure while delivering clear, courteous communication. This is a full-time on-site role in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Articulate information clearly and concisely in person and over the phone.
• Maintain organization and smooth front-desk operations with minimal supervision.
• Resolve conflicts calmly and de-escalate difficult situations.
• Support daily administrative tasks and uphold brand standards.
