Delta Diversified, Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a results-driven Candidate Recruiter to lead proactive recruiting, engage both candidates and clients, and execute full search plans onsite at our Solon headquarters.

You will leverage CRM tools, build strong relationships, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, strategic outreach planning, and ongoing professional development within a growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in sales, recruiting, or relationship-driven roles.
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
• Goal-oriented with results and closing wins.
• Ability to work onsite in Solon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Market & Business Development: Outreach to candidates through proactive recruiting efforts.
• Communication & Outreach: Conduct high volume outbound calls and messages via email, phone, LinkedIn, and text.
• Candidate & Client Engagement: Recruit, qualify, and assess candidates.
• Recruiting & Search Execution: Develop and execute search plans from start to finish.
• CRM & Process Management: Utilize DDI’s CRM to track activity, candidates, and process.
• Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities and articulate value propositions clearly.
• Planning & Time Management: Set and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Training & Continuous Development: Participate in trainings, coaching, and team meetings.
