Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Recruiter in Seattle, WA to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring within the Transportation organization, from sourcing through offer and close.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop strategies, and close searches against tight deadlines, while building talent channels and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience is required; experience must include requisition ownership, not solely sourcing or coordination/scheduling.
  • Proven high-volume recruiting experience, ideally managing 100+ requisitions or 300+ hires annually.
  • Experience recruiting within operations, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or field-based environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing both high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and close searches against established timelines.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and benchmarks, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, staffing percentage, and requisition aging.
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes, such as SOPs, dashboards, or hiring blitz events, is preferred.
  • Experience with a large-scale operations organization is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers, supervisors, and peers.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of full-time experience with a large-scale technology or operations organization.
  • Ability to work on-site/hybrid as required in Seattle, WA.

  • Develop and maintain recruiting benchmarks, metrics, and performance tracking to support hiring goals.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, staffing percentage, and aging requisitions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, including SOPs, dashboards, hiring blitz events, and other scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to support team goals and ensure an effective recruiting process.
  • Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Take ownership of recruiting priorities and adjust strategies based on changing business needs.

Our client, a leading technology and e-commerce company, is looking to hire a Recruiter in Seattle, WA.

Pay Rate Range: $35–$40/hour W2, depending on experience
