Pride Global is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team in New York. You will identify, attract, and hire top talent for clients, working closely with them to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build a robust candidate pipeline, and collaborate with clients to discuss market trends, search strategies, and offer management. This role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting for an agency.
• Experience in the R4R space preferred.
• Strong and clear communication style and skills.
• Excellent writing and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and balance constantly shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates.
• Recruit prospects for our existing pipeline of business.
• Help to build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
• Track, organize, and update new and existing candidates.
• Organize and prepare candidates for 1st round interviews.
• Identify new business including new recruitment opportunities with our existing clients, or recruitment opportunities with new clients.
• Foster relationships with both candidates and clients and building a relevant, useful network.
• Build your own sustainable pipeline of business through client visits, networking events, candidate marketing, and referral generation.
• Manage full cycle recruitment from candidate identification, offer, negotiation, and placement.
• Consult clients on the market, the search, and interview process as well as offer management.
