Job summary

Luxor Staffing in Savannah, GA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to source and place qualified candidates. The role offers weekly pay, potential overtime, and pay starts at $22 per hour, depending on experience.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, onboard new staff, and maintain accurate employee files. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

• Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, must be flexible with OT as necessary. Pay starts at $22 per hour, depending on experience.
