Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Salt Lake City is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. You will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle and build strong pipelines to fill roles quickly.

This in-office, full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $50k–$65k plus uncapped bonuses and comprehensive benefits. You will engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals while maintaining a positive, high-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS systems preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from application to offer.
• Review and process inbound applications daily.
• Conduct phone screening interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain clean candidate data in the ATS.
• Prepare and extend offer letters.
• Source and headhunt new candidates using multiple resources.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding meetings and documents.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on needs.
• Use headhunting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Resume to find passive candidates.
• Develop personal outreach strategies to attract top talent.

As we continue to grow, our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in building the workforce that drives our success. We are focused on bringing in high-quality talent and creating a strong, consistent hiring process across all markets.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.

Pay Range: $50K - $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses!

Job Type: Full-Time, In-office (not remote)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required
