Bartlett Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. This on-site role supports hiring across residential and commercial projects in Utah, with a focus on high-volume outreach and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The position offers a pay range of $50K-$65K with uncapped bonuses, in-office work, and a culture focused on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ATS systems preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through full recruiting lifecycle from application to offer.
• Review and process inbound applications daily.
• Conduct phone screening interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Prepare and extend offer letters.
• Source and headhunt new candidates using multiple resources.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

As we continue to grow, our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in building the workforce that drives our success. We are focused on bringing in high-quality talent and creating a strong, consistent hiring process across all markets.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.

Pay Range: $50K - $65K annual salary + Uncapped Bonuses!
Job Type: Full-Time, In-office (not remote)

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS systems preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and candidate outreach

• Prepare and extend offer letters
• Source & headhunt new candidates utilizing multiple resources
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidatesCoordinate onboarding meetings and documents
• Partner with hiring managers to align on needs
• Use headhunting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Resume to find passive candidates
• Develop personal outreach strategies to attract top talent
