Honest Abe Roofing of Macon Georgia is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to help build a strong candidate pipeline and drive innovative hiring strategies. This role offers a mix of responsibilities in sourcing candidates, screening talent, and collaborating with management to enhance the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in end-to-end recruitment, the ability to communicate effectively, and the capability to thrive under pressure. With a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000 per year, this position also provides various performance incentive opportunities.

• 3-5 years plus of end to end recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing candidates.

Job Description

What We’re Doing

• Building and driving a pipeline of top candidates for all levels within our organization.
• Ideate and execute on innovative sourcing strategies, referral campaigns, and events.
• Optimize the Cabinet Selection Process to maximize efficiency.
• Screen and qualify top talent.
• Establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations.
• Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles.
• Research and map out the talent pool in various backgrounds.
• Track metrics to analyze candidate pipelines with leadership.
• Be a subject matter expert in all things recruiting.
• Ability to inspire and motivate people that join the Honest Abe Roofing Family.
• Desire to learn constantly; only you can set limits for your growth.
• Own all recruiting platforms and the full Cabinet Selection Process.

Compensation: Target $60,000-$75,000 per year

Two Week Probation Period Guarantee of $500 Per Week

$100 Per New Hire paid upon start date of new hire

$200 per new install each New Roofing Advisor makes that was recruited by recruiter

$10 per confirmed appointment from anyone recruiter had recruited

$100 per new roofing advisor that makes it past their 30 day probation training period

$100 for any group interview with 10 or more attendees.

$500 for any new roof referral that closes.

Example Path to Achieving Target comp per week:

• 5 new roofing advisors hired = $500 (these are probation period RA)
• 3 active RA with one sale a week each = $600
• 10 people in attendance for the weekly Group interview = $100
• 1 inside sales person and 3 probation RA’s booked and confirmed 30 appts for approved RA’s = $300
• Total weekly Comp- $1,500

Qualifications

• 3-5 years plus of end to end recruitment experience (internal or agency), with a focus on sourcing candidates.
• Capable, honest, great time management, organized, follow-through, and proof of execution of their work load.
• ATS like Smart Recruiters or equivalent.
• Fun, yet professional. Likes to laugh, yet focused. Agile/resilient, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree or any Graduation.
• Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
• Able to work under pressure.
