OPPORTUNITY

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) is seeking a proven leader to serve as the Human Resources Recruiter within our Human Resources team in Waite Park. The Human Resources Recruiter supports the agency through partnership in developing and implementing strategies for best-in-class recruitment programs that include employer brand management, campus recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and internal/external sourcing strategies to help identify and recruit top talent for the CMMHC organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment of qualified candidates through direct sourcing activities, telephone screens, attending job fairs, interview scheduling, and checking references as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft job postings and hiring criteria.
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow through the HRIS system (internal and external channels).
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Extending offers of employment including electronic acceptance and moving candidates to pre-employment process.
  • Lead campus recruiting efforts, including developing relationships w/Career Center to participate in Job Fairs, Mock Interviews, Internship Recruitment Programs.
  • Maintain/update Employer Branding. Create a monthly schedule of social media posts surrounding recruitment in conjunction with the Development and Marketing Team.
  • Facilitate on-boarding and new hire orientation.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years’ full cycle recruiting experience and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
  • Candidate sourcing experience required (Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Boolean Logic)

What Will Set You Apart

  • 2 or 4 year degree in human resources or similar area of study.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

Summary

COMPENSATION

Target Range - $24.00 - $26.00 (Commensurate with experience)

SCHEDULE

Full Time: Monday-Friday, Day Shift Hours
