An innovative footwear company that is centered around dance is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in a Part-Time, Remote capacity. This individual will work roughly 10-15 hours/week, searching for, contacting, and interviewing candidates from LinkedIn.

Looking to hire ASAP

Hours/Week: 10-15 hours

$20-$30/hour

Duties:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Understanding of fair employment practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
