Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, GA is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with hiring managers and build talent pipelines across a busy healthcare system.

You will assess candidates using behavioral interviews and credentials reviews, manage job offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation incentives, and ensure accurate candidate progress in the ATS. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year of recruiting/human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRMs is required.
• Healthcare experience and RPO experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using AI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing attrition, new business plans, and retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new programs staffed for openings, and retirement replacement plans executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioral interviews, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioral assessments reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives; manages counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree AND 1 years of relevant experience [Required] OR

Licenses and Certifications

Pay Range

$47,985.60 - $89,252.80
