• High-Touch Candidate Experience: ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the process.
• Geographic Scope: recruit across various US geographies.
• Process Improvement: identify gaps and suggest improvements in recruiting processes.

Pay Rate Range: $30-40/hr. W2

Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote
