UNKNOWN is seeking a Recruiter in Reidsville, NC to lead full-cycle recruiting across production, maintenance, logistics, and leadership roles within a growing manufacturing site.

The role requires sourcing, interviewing, coordinating onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment. In-person work location is required and startup-style flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Create and post job descriptions across job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through online tools, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination.
• Build relationships with local workforce agencies, technical schools, and community partners.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed for startup operations)

Compensation: From $22-$25hr

Position Overview
