Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

• Conduct high-volume recruiting across multiple industries and roles.
• Build talent pipelines via job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Interview candidates to assess work history, goals, and placement potential.
• Promote job opportunities and clearly communicate employment details.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in CRM systems.
• Receive and create new job orders from clients and document details accurately.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and workplace culture.
• Conduct intake discussions and gather information to identify qualified candidates.
• Mentor and provide feedback to candidates and employees to support placements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Monitor satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Communicate with candidates, clients, and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Meet recruitment targets while delivering high customer service.

As a Recruiter, you will partner with candidates and clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions across a variety of industries and skill levels. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, conducting interviews, maintaining recruiting records, building client relationships, and ensuring successful placements. This role requires a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
• Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and culture fit.
• Perform high-volume recruiting activities to identify and engage top talent across multiple industries and functional disciplines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing efforts.
• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications, work history, career goals, and placement potential.
• Promote job opportunities and effectively communicate employment details to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and placement information within the company's CRM and internal systems.
• Receive and create new job orders from clients, ensuring all requirements and position details are documented accurately.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workplace culture, and position requirements.
• Conduct client intake discussions and gather information necessary to identify and present qualified candidates.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to candidates and employees to support successful placements and retention.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor candidate and client satisfaction while addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Position Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume, metric-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by hitting goals and making hires.
• Boolean search skills and the ability to creatively source and identify candidates.
• Comfortable managing and prioritizing 15–20 open positions at a time.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to actively hunt for candidates, rather than relying solely on applicants.
• Comfortable conducting in-person interviews when possible, with video interviews used when an in-person meeting isn't practical.
