Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate candidate screening, onboarding, and required employment documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Meet recruiting goals while providing a positive candidate experience.

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
