Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Full-Cycle Recruiter in New York or Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule. The role covers end-to-end recruiting for sales positions, including intake, sourcing, interview coordination, offers, and closure.

You will partner with hiring managers to drive strategy and monitor performance using recruiting data. Pay is $56.44 per hour with a hybrid schedule, Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, and weekly pay.

• Ability to partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and use data to manage pipeline health.

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Full-Cycle Recruiter opportunity in New York or Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities for Full-Cycle Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy for open sales requisitions.
• Lead and facilitate key recruiting steps such as kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions, hiring strategy discussions, and panel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruiting process.
• Proactively monitor recruiting performance and use data such as time in stage, conversion rates, and offer activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze hiring data and generate actionable insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.

• Recruiting experience in sales/commercial organizations
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
• Comfort using recruiting data to manage pipeline health and guide decisions.

This Full-Cycle Recruiter is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $56.44 per hour
