Job summary

Uline in Putnam, CT is hiring a Recruiter to staff a growing warehouse operation with a relationship-driven, full-cycle approach. This onsite role supports the new Connecticut facility in Plainfield and collaborates with hiring managers across levels.

You will source top talent, interview applicants, and build partnerships with universities and agencies to meet staffing needs. Travel to recruitment events is required to kick off training and broaden the talent network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to recruitment events and Uline locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting to staff the expanding warehouse operation.
• Source and recruit active and passive candidates via boards, tools, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create recruitment plans.
• Interview applicants to assess role fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, universities and talent networks.

Join Uline as a Recruiter and help staff a growing warehouse operation with a recruiting approach built around strong relationships and full-cycle execution. This onsite role is based in Putnam, CT, supporting the new Connecticut facility in Plainfield.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of the expanding warehouse operation, from entry-level to technical and high-level roles.
• Source and recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills, then develop a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to assess alignment with the requirements of each role.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.
