Job summary

Uline is opening a new Connecticut warehouse and hiring a Recruiter to match quality candidates with roles from entry to technical across a 1.3 million-square-foot facility. The position is on-site in Plainfield, CT, with a $68,000–$100,000 annual pay range and a $5,000 signing bonus for new hires.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in recruitment, plus experience with ATS and MS Office. Travel to events and other North American locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting for all warehouse roles from entry to technical.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, sourcing tools, social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create recruitment plans.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with requirements.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities and talent networks.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline's North American locations for initial training.
