Job summary

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for our new Connecticut facility in Plainfield. You will perform full-cycle recruiting to staff all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level to technical roles, and partner with hiring managers to plan talent needs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in HR or business and 3+ years in recruitment, experience with ATS and MS Office, and willingness to travel for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting for warehouse operation levels.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate fit for position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline\'s North American locations for initial training.
