Uline is opening a new Connecticut facility and seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles up to technical positions. You will source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking, partnering with hiring managers to tailor recruitment plans and interview applicants for fit.

This on-site role offers a $68k-$100k annual salary plus a $5,000 new-hire bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for warehouse levels to technical roles.
• Source quality active and passive candidates via job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create recruitment plans.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and networks.
