Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North America leader in shipping and packaging, is hiring a Recruiter for its Connecticut facility. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define talent needs and staffing plans.

The position requires 3+ years in HR recruitment, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. On-site role with comprehensive benefits, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline's North American locations for initial training.
