Job summary

Staffmark Workforce Solutions, Plano, TX, is seeking a recruiter for a fully on-site contract opportunity. You will interview and screen applicants to fill current and future openings and promote career opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, informing applicants about facilities and benefits, advising on staffing policies, and referring candidates for hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training required.
• 10+ years’ customer service-related experience required.
• Verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for feedback.
• Knowledge of hiring policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training principles.
• Understanding of business and management for strategic planning.
• Experience with Word and Excel.

Schedule:

Fully on-site, Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
