Job summary

CFS in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own the full-cycle process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or corporate settings.
• Experience using ATS; SAP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with focus on recruiting and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, feedback, and offer stages.
• The Recruiter will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for open positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify qualified candidates.
• The Recruiter will drive the recruitment process forward by scheduling interviews, following up for feedback, and coordinating next steps.
• Proactively engage hiring managers and address delays or roadblocks to prevent losing qualified candidates.
• The Recruiter will maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within the SAP ATS.
