Job summary

BioPhase Solutions is seeking an onsite Temp Recruiter to join a leading biopharma company in Parsippany, New Jersey for a 3-month assignment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a regulated setting.

The role requires strong sourcing, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication, with preference for pharma/biotech experience and familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of full cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience recruiting in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/life sciences) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities across the entire hiring process from intake to onboarding coordination.
• Support hiring needs across multiple business areas and levels within a regulated organization.
• Consult with hiring leaders to clarify staffing priorities and craft tailored search strategies.
• Build diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, internal databases and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear assessments to hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep searches moving.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams on offer development and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity and contribute to process improvement projects.

Job description

BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Scientific communities. We are currently looking for an ONSITE (3mo) Temp Recruiter to work for a leading biopharma company.

*Must be local and able to work fully onsite 5 days/week in Parsippany, New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities across the entire hiring process, including role intake, sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Support hiring needs across multiple business areas and position levels within a regulated organization
• Consult with hiring leaders and HR partners to clarify staffing priorities, establish candidate profiles, and create tailored search strategies
• Build diverse pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and present hiring teams with clear assessments regarding experience, qualifications, and overall alignment
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders while keeping searches moving efficiently
• Coordinate interviews and help provide an organized, professional, and positive candidate experience
• Partner with appropriate internal teams on offer development, candidate negotiations, and closing activities
• Maintain complete and accurate requisition and candidate records within the applicant tracking system
• Track recruiting activity, communicate pipeline progress, identify potential challenges, and contribute to broader talent acquisition projects and process improvements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Previous recruiting experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, medical device, or another regulated industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions and position levels
• Strong direct sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates
• Experience managing several open requisitions and shifting priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing and talent intelligence platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability, sound judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently, respond with urgency, and build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered
