Job summary

You will drive proactive sourcing, engage passive talent, coordinate interviews, and partner with HR and hiring managers to craft competitive offers within policy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in regulated industries, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in regulated industries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions and levels
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement, including passive talent
• Experience with ATS; iCIMS is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders
• Professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define profiles and strategies.
• Recruit for roles across corporate, medical, regulatory, manufacturing, R&D and more.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals.
• Identify, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates and provide insights and recommendations.
• Manage pipelines and maintain timely communication throughout.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate on offers within guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS.
• Monitor metrics and report progress toward hiring goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to TA initiatives.
