Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. seeks a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner for a ~6 month period, onsite in Piscataway, NJ (4 days/week) with one day remote. Payment ranges are $40–$43 per hour, depending on experience.

The role involves high-volume recruitment for US sites, passive sourcing, phone screening, and onboarding support. The contract may convert to permanent. Candidates should have a BA/BS in HR or related field and biotech recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Agency background or Headhunter experience preferred.
• Experience in biotech / life sciences recruitment is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume recruitment for US sites with technical and cultural fit.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and pipeline diversification.
• Perform initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with the talent team.
• Lead weekly new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain knowledge of EEO/ADA guidelines and related laws.
