Job summary

Elite Hockey HQ is seeking a talented Recruiter to help us grow our team as we build a platform for athletes from youth to pro. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with hiring managers to define clear needs and posting criteria.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, in-house or agency
• Strong communication skills and comfort managing multiple requisitions at once
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
• Ability to assess candidates objectively against role requirements and give clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep a hiring process moving without dropping follow-up

Elite Hockey HQ is a training platform that combines periodized hockey programs, skill video coaching, and daily readiness tracking for athletes at levels ranging from youth AAA to NCAA and pro. We're looking for a Recruiter to help us find and hire the people who build and grow this platform.
