Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, delivering 24/7 care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We seek a seasoned growth-focused Product Manager to lead our Patient Growth team and scale enrollment across the US.
You will partner with engineers, marketing, clinical operations, and data science, driving multi-channel growth, retention, and revenue-aligned outcomes.
Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We combine proactive, 24/7 clinical care with technology that helps us reach patients earlier, identify risks sooner, and deliver personalized care throughout their journey. Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.
Your north star: Reach and enroll far more of the patients who need Pomelo, reinventing how patients discover and connect with a care model that measurably improves their maternal health outcomes.
The US has the highest maternal mortality rate in the developed world, and the burden falls hardest on the patients who can least afford it. Pomelo has already built and proven a care model that changes those outcomes, usually at no cost to patients. We are looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial product manager to lead our Patient Growth team. Your job is to get our care model in front of as many of these patients as possible, and to keep those we reach connected to care.
You will work closely with a team of engineers, marketers, clinical operations staff, and data scientists to reinvent how Pomelo reaches and enrolls new patients and how we recover churned patients. If you are successful, you will make a material impact on maternity health outcomes in the US by scaling our practice to reach and improve more lives.
This role will report to our VP, Product & Data and this position is open to candidates located in the continental US.
The expected base salary range offered for this role is $210,000-$240,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
By joining Pomelo, you will get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving, well-funded, and mission-driven startup that always puts the patient first. You will learn, grow and be challenged, and have fun with your team while doing it.
We are committed to hiring the best team to improve outcomes for all mothers and babies. To solve the complex challenges facing the diverse population we serve, we need diverse perspectives, actively welcoming people of all races, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, national origins, religions, disabilities, and veteran statuses. We strive to cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment where team members thrive by working across disciplines, moving fast, making data driven decisions, learning continuously, and always putting the patient first.
