Job summary

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking an Education Recruiter to design and implement recruiting strategies to fulfill staffing needs in our education clients. This hybrid onsite role supports local offices and client locations, with travel up to 50% for events.

You will handle full cycle recruitment and onboarding, develop relationships with schools and community organizations, and attend job fairs to attract top talent. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to events.

This role is a hybrid onsite role at a local Kelly office and/or client location.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
