Kelly Services is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and markets. You will attract, source, and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure fair and consistent assessment and selection processes.

The role emphasizes industrial/warehouse/manufacturing recruiting with a customer-centric approach and strong communication, time management, and adaptability. Competitive compensation supports total well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Customer-centric, with ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
