Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Education Recruiter to design and implement recruitment strategies across our local markets. You will build relationships with schools, students, and community partners to ensure timely fulfillment and a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting or HR, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% locally to events. Base pay ranges with benefits, reflecting experience and geography.

Qualifications

• MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to events.

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
