Job summary

Kelly Education is seeking a recruiter to support full cycle recruiting and onboarding across the local area in Homewood, AL. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies, build relationships with clients and educational partners, and participate in job fairs and events.

The role requires 2+ years in recruiting/HR, strong communication, MS Office skills, and a valid US driver’s license with up to 50% local travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service focused.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events.

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
