Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be the primary engine for our expansion, identifying and engaging the top-tier talent needed to scale our business. You will own the talent funnel from the initial hunt to the final vetting. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to build elite pipelines and ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our college recruiting and outreach to identify and secure emerging talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive candidate engagement.
• Excellent research and screening abilities to identify and assess potential candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in Wholesale, Fashion, Consumer Goods is strongly preferred.

Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
