Job summary

WinChoice is seeking two experienced Mid-Level Recruiters to drive talent acquisition across our organization. You will build pipelines, craft campaigns, and partner with leadership to meet staffing goals.

Key duties include developing sourcing strategies across Indeed, LinkedIn, social networks, and career fairs, screening candidates, and representing WinChoice to promote our employer brand.

Qualifications

These roles are pivotal in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, and partnering with leadership to meet strategic staffing goals, ultimately supporting our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks


• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs


• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns that resonate with targeted candidates


• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and leadership throughout the process


• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies


• Manage candidate data within ATS systems, ensuring accurate records and streamlined workflows


• Represent WinChoice at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach opportunities to promote our employer brand

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years preferred for the W-2 Recruiter role


• Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Experience in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously


• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership


• Self-motivated with a professional, positive, and energetic demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for sales, manufacturing, skilled trades, installation, call centers, or field-based roles


• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation


• Experience representing organizations at job fairs and community events


• Background in building employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
