Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Recruiter to support our client's team in Mobile, Alabama. This position may be part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of recruiting experience who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting within aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another technical industry is a plus.
• Paycor experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
