Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Miami-Dade South is seeking a driven recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple client accounts. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, building a robust pipeline for diverse openings.

The role requires 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred) and fluency in English and Spanish. You will interact with clients, manage deadlines, and contribute to retention through strong candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year recruiting experience; staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and job boards.
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
