Job summary

Asante is seeking a Recruiter in Medford, OR, to develop recruitment strategies and partner with hiring leaders to build strong talent pipelines. You will recruit candidates, consult on interview approaches, and present competitive offers to secure top talent.

You will also manage recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, universities, and career fairs, supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Hybrid, full-time role with a weekday schedule and wage range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, marketing, or relevant business experience.
• Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, human resources, or the related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Recruiter Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante. This position will partner with hiring leaders to develop talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruit candidates, consult on and manage interview strategies, and present competitive offers. In addition, the Recruiter will manage the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations, and universities, as well as schedule and attend job and career fairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, marketing, or relevant business experience
• Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, human resources, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or human resources- preferred
